I'm surrounded!

They're everywhere!!!

Amazing, tantalizing, drool-worthy, books!

Need proof?

Of course you do.

Here are some of the buggers:

See how they sit there, all shiny and new, taunting me?

They're stacked in piles everywhere I go, just waiting, begging to be read...

This is the place of honor, my nightstand.

Sure, I'll admit it, it's taken me awhile to get through a book lately.

I've been in a reading slump.

BUT I'm back.  And oh, how I've missed you!

Sweet, sweet addicting books.

  2. Books have been calling to me too! Maybe it's the cooler weather.
Making Life a Work of Art!

  3. I've been the same way. This looks like my bookshelves. Beautiful books just waiting. I'm about to start the Body Finder (so excited). Don't worry it takes me a while to get through books.
Too many books, so little time.

  4. Your book piles and shelves look like mine! Soooo many good books waiting to be read... :) Wish I had more time but glad I have lots of books lined up that I am excited about!

  5. I hear you!! I just bought the book thief too! And you'll LOVE Paranormalcy and The Body Finder!!

  6. Wish I had time to read all those books!

  7. Having too many books lying around waiting to be read sounds like a good problem to have... glad you're back into the swing.

  8. I have added myself to follow your blog. You are more than welcome to visit mine and become a follower also if you care to.

  9. I can;t get enough of books! And with all my editing on my WIP I'm not getting all the reading done that I'd like!

    Come to my blog:
and pick up your award. Then post it to your side bar and pass it along! I dig your blog!

  11. YES! books books books! I share your insanity! :-D

  12. So many book, so little time. I hear good things about THE BOOK THIEF. Maybe one day, your book will be on someone's nightstand, calling out to be read. What a thought, right?

  13. I find that my writing and reading go hand in hand. Reading gets me thinking and generating new story ideas, new ways to make my characters feel. Good stuff. Your book selection looks so familiar. I swear you're spying on my library. :)

  14. I saw THE BOOK THIEF in your box up upcoming reads and felt a little envious. It's one of my absolute favorites, one I love so much that I wish I could go back and read it for the first time all over again.
